S3 some video files play, others download

Hi Norma, You have many video services, but you generally end up paying much more then Amazon. Also, since your video seems to contain nudes, it makes a lot of services nervous, including Vimeo. Amazon takes no stand on this, they do not care about the content of your videos, hence no risk of being shut down, unless you would spread racial hatred or that sort of thing, because then they are required by law to react.

Hi Sam, If you link to a video residing on S3 or CloudFront, your server does not get taxed because the video is an external source.

It is only when your videos reside on your site that your server will take a performance hit. This looks like it might be very useful for people setting up amazon-hosted videos on their site.
