Cant download redeemed codes ps4

In order to redeem some subscription vouchers you may need a valid payment method on the account. It is not possible to transfer funds or content between accounts, so make sure to redeem your code on the correct account.

You can also redeem a voucher code during checkout by selecting Redeem Codes and Gift Cards from the payment method menu. This may take some time I'm not positive that'll get you going, but if you can't do it on the PS4 itself for whatever reason, my first course of action would be to go around it. This would suck if it happened to me and i can't imagine being in your shoes right now so i want to help you out if i can.

Yeah It happened to me And I still can't download it from the PS store i put the code in the redeem box and it just sits there loading until you get out of the store nothing happens. Any code with a different number of digits will not be accepted by PlayStation Store. Some subscription vouchers need your credit or debit card details to be added to your account before they can be redeemed.
